How to ask

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
  2. Write "refund" in the subject. You do not have to give a reason.
  3. We reply to confirm, then start the refund.

How long it takes

We start the refund within 2 working days of your email. After that the money goes back the same way you paid it. Card and bank timing is decided by your bank, not by us. Most banks take 5 to 10 working days.

What you get back

The full $29 you paid, or the full founder price if you paid that. We do not keep a fee and we do not charge a cancellation fee.

After 30 days

We do not refund after 30 days. You can still stop paying at any time. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and after that you drop to the free tier: you can still log hours, read every record you already had signed, and download it all.

If you never used it

Same answer. Inside 30 days we refund it whether you used HourSign every day or never opened it.

Supervisors

Supervisors never pay, so there is nothing to refund.
